Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream Cake 巧克力香草冰淇淋蛋糕(Eggless)

I baked ice cream cake again! This time I added cocoa powder and condensed milk into batter.



Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream Cake 巧克力香草冰淇淋蛋糕

Ingredients:

290g  Vanilla ice cream, allow it to melt naturally

130g  all-purpose flour

40g Condensed milk

1 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

1 tbsp Cocoa Powder


Instructions:

  1. Firstly, allow  vanilla ice cream  to melt naturally. 
  2. add in flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. 
  3. Mix well to form thick batter, do not worry if the batter is sticky.
  4. Transfer the ice cream cake batter into bread loaf lined with baking paper. Reserve some batter to mix with cocoa powder.
  5. Place the cocoa batter on top the plain batter and use a chopstick to make a swirl.
  6. Bake the cake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 35 minutes. 
  7. Cool down the cake completely before slice the cake.
  8. Store in an airtight container for atleast a week at room temperature.
