I baked ice cream cake again! This time I added cocoa powder and condensed milk into batter.
Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream Cake 巧克力香草冰淇淋蛋糕
Ingredients:
290g Vanilla ice cream, allow it to melt naturally
130g all-purpose flour
40g Condensed milk
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Instructions:
- Firstly, allow vanilla ice cream to melt naturally.
- add in flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.
- Mix well to form thick batter, do not worry if the batter is sticky.
- Transfer the ice cream cake batter into bread loaf lined with baking paper. Reserve some batter to mix with cocoa powder.
- Place the cocoa batter on top the plain batter and use a chopstick to make a swirl.
- Bake the cake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 35 minutes.
- Cool down the cake completely before slice the cake.
- Store in an airtight container for atleast a week at room temperature.
