Jelita Marble Cake 美丽大理石蛋糕

This ia a very straight forward method to make butter cake. The complicated job is to make a marble look/pattern on the cake. In fact, you can create your favorite patterns on the cake, as a result, that is a masterpiece of yours anyway! 😍

I wonder why the blue colour 👆turned to green colour after baking....???

👆 After drawing some patterns on the cake batter...😍

I made two extra cupcakes👆 with the balance of colour batter.

I accidently dropped the cake👆 on the table when I flipped the cake upside down😅, so the patterns on the cake was damaged... sigh!! So I dressed up the cake with a simple butter cheese cream. This cake was made for celebrating my husband's birthday.

  7. Pour the plain batter into the greased baking pan. Shake it lightly to distribute the cake batter evenly.
  8. Design the pattern of cake with the colour batter.
  9. Bake the cake about 50 - 60 minutes. To prevent the top of the cake from over browning, cover the top of the baking pan with a sheet of aluminum foil once the cake top is set. Use a cake tester to test doneness.
