Sweet potato pancakes 番薯煎饼

冰箱里还有一些蒸熟的番薯,赶快把它们消灭掉,免得存放太久而得丢掉。 所以,上网查看食谱,找一个简简单单的食谱来做。不错吃!不过,我想在锅里煎会更好吃一些吧!因为放油煎饼是会更香脆噢!不过,烤箱烘烤的,没有油,自然更健康一些啦!当然,这还是依个人喜好!😉

煎饼看起来不那么吸引人,但味道很好!😋

There are still some steamed sweet potatoes sitting in the refrigerator, so quickly get rid of them before to throw them away. I search the recipe online and found a simple recipe to make~~Baked sweet potato pancakes, it's delicious! However, I think fried pancake would be taste better, more crispy! However, the oven-baked pancakes are without oil, is naturally healthier! Anyway, this is up to a personal preferences!

The pancakes don't look so appealing but they taste good!😘




番薯煎饼(健康小零食)

食材:

番薯450克
糯米粉 80克
牛奶 35克
白糖 30克
黑芝麻、白芝麻(可不放)

做法:

1.番薯削皮,洗干净后切小块。

2.番薯放蒸锅蒸30分钟。

3.蒸好的番薯压成泥,越细腻越好。

4.番薯捣成泥后分别放入白糖,牛奶,糯米粉(或者面粉)。

5.番薯泥揉成面团,然后揉成小圆球。

6.揉好的番薯小圆球手压成薯饼。

7.锅中放油烧热后转小火慢慢煎薯饼直到两边成金黄色即可捞出锅。(也可以烤箱180度上下火预热5分钟后将薯饼180度烤20分钟左右)。

Sweet potato pancakes (healthy snacks)

Ingredients:

450g Sweet potato 
80g of glutinous rice flour
35g of milk 
30g of sugar 
Black sesame, white sesame (Optional)

Method:

1. Peel the sweet potato, wash and cut into small pieces.

2. Steam the sweet potatoes in a steamer for 30 minutes.

3. Press the steamed sweet potato into a puree, the more delicate the better.

4. After mashing the sweet potatoes, add sugar, milk, glutinous rice flour (or plain flour).

5. Knead the mashed sweet potato into dough, and then knead it into small balls.

6. Flatten the sweet potato balls by hand.

7. Put some oil in the pan and heat it on low heat and slowly fry the potato cakes until both sides are golden brown. (You can also bake the sweet potato pancakes in preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes).
