枸杞当归蒸鸡 Steamed Chicken with Wolfberry & Dang Gui

超容易的一道菜,把全部食材来个大汇合,再蒸就可上菜了!

A super easy dish, all the ingredients are combined together, and then steamed to serve!


枸杞当归蒸鸡 


材料:

整只鸡腿  2只,切块

云耳 适量- 洗干净,浸泡30分钟,灼水,沥干备用。

腌制料:

花雕酒  1茶匙

盐   ½  茶匙

酱油 1茶匙

蚝油 1茶匙

幼姜 1小块(20克),切丝

药材配料:

当归  5片

枸杞  1汤匙

红枣  3颗

-用热水浸泡30分钟

准备功夫:

1. 清除鸡腿块去多余的脂肪,洗净沥干。

2. 把所有的腌制材料混合腌30分钟。

蒸鸡法

1. 把腌制过的鸡腿上碟,放入药材配料和云耳,稍微混合,在已滚开水的锅内,大火蒸20-25分钟。

2. 熄火,上卓,完成。


Steamed Chicken with Wolfberry & Dang Gui

Ingredients:

2 Whole chicken drumsticks (chopped into bite size )

Black fungus (appropriate amount) -Wash  and soak for 30 minutes, blanch in boiled water, drain and set aside.

Marinade:

1 teaspoon of Shaoxing wine

½ teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Soy sauce

1 teaspoon of oyster sauce

1 small piece of young Ginger (20 g), shredded


Medicinal Herbs ingredients:

5 slices of Chinese angelica root (dang gui)

1 tablespoon of goji berries/wolfberry

3 red dates

~All ingredients soak in hot water for 30 minutes.


Preparations:

1. Clean the fat from drumsticks, wash and rinse it.

2. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

Steps:

1. Pour the medicinal herbs ingredients and black fungus onto marinated chicken drumsticks, lightly mix it and steam in a pot of boiling water for 20-25 minutes.

2. Turn off the flame, it’s done!
