Portuguese Egg Tart葡式蛋挞

Easy and simple! 用现成酥皮制作葡式蛋挞!

This Portuguese egg tart is easy to make. I use store bought pastry (Kawan brand牌子)that can be found in supermarkets. You don't need to make your own dough!  It’s taste good while hot!

这葡式蛋挞做法简单,用现成酥皮就能自己制作。我用的是超市可以买到的现成酥皮(Kawan牌子),不必自己杆面团啦!大家不妨自己在家做,趁热吃是最好吃的哦!

Portuguese Egg Tart葡式蛋挞

Ingredient材料:

Tart挞皮 :

Puff pastry: 3 pcs 现成酥皮 (需预先解冻30分钟 Unfreeze for 30mins)~ Big packet( I forgot to take the picture, I used leftover puff pastry😅) 


Filling挞水:

Egg 鸡蛋  2

Milk 牛奶  110g

Castor Sugar 砂糖  40g

Whipping Cream 淡奶油  200g


Method: 

1. Cook the milk and sugar over a pot of hot water( not boiling).

2. Add in lightly beaten egg and stir well.

3. Pour in Whipping Cream and mix well.

4. Filter the egg mixture and set aside.

5. Make the tart shell. Swiss roll up three pcs pastry togather. Cut into equal portions. Press the puff pastry as thin as possible, especially the bottom layer.

6. Bake at 200°C for 30minutes , bottom layer(Oven temperature is different, need to adjust base on your own experience) 


方法:

1.在一锅热水上煮牛奶和糖(不需要煮沸腾)。

2.加入打散的鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀。

3.倒入淡奶油,搅拌均匀。

4.过滤鸡蛋液混合物并搁置一旁。

5.制作蛋挞皮。把三张酥皮一起卷起,再切成相等的部分。将酥皮尽量捏压至越薄越好,尤其是最底层。

6. 放入烤箱底层,在200°C下烘烤30分钟(烤炉温度有所不同,需自行调整)。
