I didn't get the chances to try the Korean Street Toast during my last trip in Korea. So, I google it and made it today! This sandwich need a lot of veggies to make viggies egg pancake. The sandwich is not only savory, but balanced beautifully with sweet flavor from Mayo, Ketchup and Sugar.😉
I'm using my homemade ☝Sourdough Chocolate Sandwich Loaf to make this yummy toast.
👆Wrapped up nicely to prevent the bread to get dry!
Korean Street Toast

Cabbage, thinly sliced
Onion, thinly sliced
Carrot, shredded
1 green onion, chopped
4 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt

- In a large bowl, mix cabbage, onion, carrot, eggs, green onion, salt and pepper, combine well.
- Butter, both sides of bread.

- When egg omelet is cooked, remove from skillet and add ham slices to heat them up. Remove from skillet.
- Now, toast buttered bread both sides, about 2 minutes each sides, or until golden brown. Remove form skillet.
- On a warm toasted bread, sprinkle about 1/2 tsp sugar evenly. Place egg omelet and sprinkle additional 1 tsp sugar. Place warm ham and cheese and sprinkle ketchup and mayonnaise right on top. Cover with another sliced of toasted bread. Done!
Note:
-I made a very large size of veggies omelet, so my sandwich will have two pieces of omelet (from1/4 piece omelet I cut it into two pieces.) .
