Yogurt Cake酸奶蛋糕

This simple yogurt cake is moist, fluffy and very easy to make.
 
 




Yogurt Cake酸奶蛋糕

Ingredients:

145g Plain yogurt原味酸奶
3 Eggs鸡蛋
160g Sugar糖
190g Flour面粉
1 teaspoon Baking powder发酵粉
1/4 teaspoon Salt盐
100ml Vegetable oil 植物油
1 tsp Vanilla extract香草精
Lemon zest柠檬皮
Powdered sugar for dusting 糖粉~撒粉

Directions:
1. Line 8-inch (20cm) round cake pan with parchment, grease with butter/cooking spray and dust with flour, set aside.  Preheat oven to 180ºC.

2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar and salt until light and fluffy, about 3minutes. Add yogurt, oil, vanilla extract, lemon zest and whisk until incorporated.

3. Sift in flour and baking powder. Stir until incorporated.

4. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

5. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, release from the pan and let cool completely.

6. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

做法:
1.将8英寸(20厘米)的圆形蛋糕盘抹上油脂及面粉,放上烘培纸。 搁置。 将烤箱预热至180ºC。

2.在一个大碗中,打入鸡蛋,糖和盐,搅拌直到蓬松,大约3分钟。 加入酸奶,油,香草精,柠檬皮屑并搅拌直至混合。

3.筛入面粉和发粉, 搅拌均匀。

4.烘烤35-40分钟。

5.让蛋糕在盘中冷却10分钟,从盘中取出并待凉至完全冷却。

6.撒上糖粉即可切片食用。
