Red Bean Pumpkin Bread/Pumpkin Bread With Red Bean Paste红豆南瓜面包

Well, there are some pumpkin cubes siting in the fridge for quite some days... so I decided to make this lovely Red Bean Pumpkin Bread. This bread is soft and tasty with the red bean filling in it, yummy!😘

Red Bean Pumpkin Bread/Pumpkin Bread With Red Bean Paste红豆南瓜面包

Ingredients:

200g Pumpkin puree南瓜泥
60g  milk牛奶
5g Instant yeast速溶酵母
300g All purpose flour通用面粉
30g Sugar糖
3g Salt盐
30g Butter黄油

For the Filling:
232g Red bean paste 红豆沙

Method:
1. Steam pumpkin for about 15 minutes or until pumpkin becomes soft. Pour away any excess water and mash pumpkin with a fork. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix pumpkin puree and milk together.
3. In another bowl, add  flour, sugar, salt, mashed pumpkin mixture and yeast. Use a mixer to knead mixture to a rough dough. 
4. Add in butter and continue to knead to a smooth dough.
5. Cover and let the dough proof for 60 minutes at room temperature.  
6. Punch down the dough to release air. Divide ito 4 portions. Weigh the dough into 56-58g each and roll into a ball.
7. Flatten the ball and roll into a rectangle shape and spread  58g of red bean filling. Roll and Seal the dough by pinching the seams. 
8. Place the buns on baking sheet. 
9. Proof for 45 minutes or till double in size.
10. Bake in preheated oven at 190ºC for 20 minutes.

方法:
1.蒸南瓜约15分钟或直到南瓜变软。将多余的水倒掉,然后用叉子将南瓜捣碎。搁置。
2.在一个小碗中,将南瓜泥和牛奶混合在一起。
3.在另一个碗中,加入面粉,糖,盐,捣碎的南瓜混合物和酵母。使用搅拌器将混合物揉成面团。
4.加入黄油,继续揉成光滑的面团。
5.盖上面团,在室温下醒发60分钟。
6.压下面团以释放空气。分成4部分。将面团称重成56-58g,然后滚成球。
7.将面团球压扁并滚成长方形,然后涂上58克红豆沙馅。卷起并捏合接缝。
8.将面团放在烤盘上。
9.第二次发酵45分钟,或直到面团增大一倍。
10.送进已预热190ºC的烤箱中烘烤20分钟。
