Easy Homemade Sourdough Bread, soft, fluffy and delicious  Sandwich Bread from scratch. 

制作简单的天然酵母软欧面包,柔软,蓬松又美味的天然酵母三明治面包。







Homemade Sourdough Sandwich Bread天然酵母三明治面包


Igredients:
Sourdough starter 天然酵母60g
Bread Flour 高筋面粉 250g
Water 水 100g
Sugar 砂糖 25g
Yeast 酵母 3g
Salt 盐巴 3g
Butter 奶油 20g

Egg wash:
25g whole egg + 1 tsp water

Method:
1. Put all dough ingrediets except butter in a blender and knead the dough at low speed for 3 minutes, then put in butter knead at low speed for 2 minutes, then medium speed for 2 minutes and high speed for 5 minutes. ( as long as the dough reached a windowpene test) Round the dough and let it ferment at room temperature for 60-90 minutes.

2. Take out the dough, divide into three equal parts, vent and round, rest for 15 minutes.

3. Roll the dough into a rectangle, roll it up, and rest for 5 minutes.

4. Roll it out again, roll it up and put it in the toast mold, ferment at room temperature for 60-90 minutes.

6. Preheat the oven at 180℃,  the dough is fermented about 90% full of the loaf pan, and brush some eggwash  then bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. 

做法:
1.除了奶油,全部面团材料放入搅拌器揉面。慢速3分钟,然后放入奶油,慢速2分钟之后,转中速2分钟,快速5分钟(每一台机器不同但重点要打出薄膜) 之后放到室温发酵60分钟。

2.取出面团,分割成三等分,排气滚圆,休息15分钟

3.把面团擀成长方形,卷起来,休息5分钟。

4.再度擀长,卷起来,放到土司模里面,于室温发酵60-90分钟。

6.烤箱预热180℃,面团发酵到约9分满,入烤箱烘烤约30分钟。
