Condensed Milk Butterceam炼乳奶油

This butter cream is silky smooth , and it wasn't too sweet and it just melts in the mouth ! Also known as Russian Buttercream, it's simple and economical to make! 

I baked some chocolate cupcakes, as the sweetness of cupcakes are not sweet enough to my taste, so I made this simple condensed milk buttercream to pair with the cupcakes.

这奶油丝般柔滑,不太甜,在口中轻易融化了! 它又称俄罗斯奶油,制作起来既简单又经济!

我烘培了一些巧克力纸杯蛋糕,因为蛋糕的甜度不足,所以我制作了这种简单炼乳奶油以与纸杯蛋糕搭配,那么吃起来甜度就刚刚好!

Condensed Milk Buttercream炼乳奶油

Ingredients:
1 cup (225g)     Softened Butter
1/2 cup(115g)  Vegetable Shortening
1 can (500g)     Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tsp       Vanilla  Essence.

Method:
1. Mix butter and shortening, beat until pale and creamy.
2. Add in condensed milk and vanilla essence. Beat on high until smooth and silky.
3. You can add flovour at this point if you desire.
4. Transfer to a piping bag.

配料:
1杯(225g) 软黄油
1/2杯(115g) 起酥油
1罐 (500g)炼乳
2茶匙 香草精。

方法:
1.混合黄油和起酥油,打至淡奶油状。
2.加入炼乳和香草精。 高速打直光滑
3.如果需要,您可以在此时添加色素或其它口味。
4.转移到挤花袋中。
