Chocolate-Bottom Banana Square香蕉巧克力方块

I remembered my last baked of this cake was in year 2012... huh, 8 years ago!  I am glad that I baked it again... it's so yummy!😋

The combination of bananas and chocolate are perfect match and they make cake absolutely delicious.  Give it a try! 😘

Chocolate-Bottom Banana Square香蕉巧克力方块 

Ingredients:
110g butter (softened)黄油(软化)
190g Brown sugar 红糖
2 eggs (lightly beaten)鸡蛋
1 tsp vanilla香草精
3 medium ripe bananas (mashed) 香蕉(捣碎)
200g plain flour 面粉
110ml milk牛奶
1 tsp baking powder泡打粉
1 tsp baking soda苏打粉
½ tsp salt 盐
15g cocoa powder 巧克力粉
Chocolate chips (appropriate amount)巧克力豆(适量)

Method:
1. Preheated oven to 180 ºC and prepared a 9” Square pan, greased and lined.
2. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. 
3. Drizzle in the beaten eggs, vanilla, milk and mashed bananas, beating thoroughly.
4. Sieve in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt to the creamed mixture in above step and mix it well.
5. Divide the batter into half. Add the cocoa powder to one portion of the batter. Spread that portion in the bottom of a greased 9inch square baking tin. 
6. Spread the remaining plain batter on top the cocoa batter and sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
7. Bake for about 40-50 minutes or test batter done with a toothpick or fork. 
8. Let it cool and cut into squares to serve.

做法:
1. 将烤箱预热至180ºC,并准备一个9寸方形烤盘,抹上油并附上烘培纸。
2. 用搅拌器把牛油和细糖用慢速拌打均匀,再用中速拌打至松发。
3. 慢慢加入蛋液,牛奶,香草精和香蕉,继续拌打成光滑的奶油状。
4. 加入过筛粉类,搅拌拌匀。
5. 把其中一半面糊, 加入可可粉拌匀。 把这份面糊倒进9寸的方形烤盘。
6. 再把剩余的面糊倒进去,抹平, 再把巧克力豆撒在上面。
7. 放入预热180ºC的烤箱, 烤大概40-50分钟。
8. 放凉后切块享用。
