Chicken and Vegetable Skewers/ Grilled Chicken Kabobs
鸡肉蔬菜烤串

Ingredients:
500g chicken thighs, one red pepper, one green pepper, one yellow pepper, cumin powder, chili powder(paplica), salt, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, olive oil, cooking wine


Method:
1. Wash and cut chicken thighs.

2. Use soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, cumin powder, chili powder(paplica), olive oil and other seasonings into a large bowl containing chicken thigh meat, and mix well.

3. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

4. Wash and cut cubes after removing the bell pepper.

材料:
鸡腿肉500克,红椒一个,青椒一个,黄椒一个,孜然粉,辣椒粉,盐,胡椒粉,生抽,蚝油,橄榄油,料酒

做法:
1、鸡腿肉洗净切大块。

2、用生抽、蚝油、料酒、盐、孜然粉、辣椒粉、橄榄油等调味料放入盛有鸡腿肉的大碗中,抓匀。

3、盖保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏腌制2-4小时。

4、彩椒去蒂后洗净切方块儿。

6、把鸡肉串整齐的排在烤盘上,刷上橄榄油,撒上少许孜然粉和辣椒粉。

7、放入预热200度的烤箱中,中层,上下火,烤15分钟即可。
