Burnt Cheesecake/Basque Burnt Cheesecake 烧焦芝士蛋糕/巴斯克乳酪蛋糕

I decided to make this burnt cheesecake to celebrate father's day... simple yet delicious! 😋I made this cake last night... this burnt cheesecake will taste even better if made a day ahead and allowed to chill overnight.😉



Burnt Cheesecake/Basque Burnt Cheesecake 
烧焦芝士蛋糕/巴斯克乳酪蛋糕

Ingredients :
500g cream cheese (奶油芝士)
150g caster sugar (细砂糖)
5 eggs (鸡蛋)- grade A
20g plain flour  (普通面粉)
250ml whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)

Method:
1. Beat the cream cheese and caster sugar until creamy.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Add in sifted flour and mix well.
4. Add in whipping cream and mix well.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared bake tin.
6. Bake at 220°C for 30 minutes.
7. Use upper heat to bake for another 5 minutes until the top is dark brown( The cake is slightly wobble in the centre).
8. Chill for 6 hours before serving.

做法:
1.奶油乳酪放到室温软化,与砂糖一起,用2-3速打到滑顺。
2.分次加入鸡蛋,每一次搅拌均匀才放下一颗。
3.分2-3次下鲜奶油,搅拌均匀。
4.最后加入过筛的面粉,搅拌均匀。
5.烤模用烘焙纸铺好,将蛋糕糊倒入
6.用烤箱烤温220度烘烤30分钟,再烘烤5分钟(看上色程度决定时间)。
7.出炉之后先不要脱模,放凉之后,建议入冰箱一个晚上之后再吃会更好吃。
