Note:
~ This sourdough bread with added oats, so I added more sourdough starter and more milk ( more liquid) to the dough.

The recipe changes:
~50g sourdough starter ⇨ 65g sourdough starter
~130g milk ⇨ 145g milk
~10g nut ⇨ 30g nuts( Mix nuts: Macadamia, walnut and almond)
~ 20g Flax seeds
~ 80g Oats
~10g Purple sweet potato flour( for purple sweet potato sourdough)
