Cranberry Cream Cheese Bread蔓越莓芝士夹心软欧包

Cranberry Cream Cheese Bread蔓越莓芝士夹心软欧包

Ingredients: 

Bread dough part面团部分:
Bread flour高筋面粉 240g
Butter黄油 20g
Granulated sugar细砂糖 15g
Salt盐 5g
Instant yeast酵母粉 4g
Water水 110g
Milk牛奶 50g

Filling part夹心部分
Creme cheese奶油奶酪 125g
Powdered sugar 糖粉 15g
Dried cranberry蔓越莓果干 36g

Method;
1. Pour all ingredients except butter into the mixing bowl, and mix the ingredients at low speed.
2. Turn to high speed and knead until it forms a mass. Add softened 
 butter and continue kneading until a smooth dough is formed.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and wait until it is about twice the size.
4. Take out and divide into two portions, round it, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.
5. Mix Cream cheese and powdered sugar, uae double boiling method and keep stirring until a smooth cream cheese paste is formed. Turn off heat and set aside.
6. Roll out the dough into a square shape, smear some cream cheese, sprinkle with dried cranberries and roll up.
7. Second fermentation till double in size, score the surface of the dough, sprinkle some flour.
8. Put in a preheated oven, bake at 190 ℃ for about 20 minutes, and let it cool down.

做法:
1.除了黄油之外的所有材料倒入料理盆中,机低速把材料混合。
2. 后转中高速搅至成团后加入室温软化的黄油继续搅,面团搅至出手套膜的状态即可。
3. 盖上保鲜膜待发至两倍左右大小。
4. 取出等分成两份,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜,松弛15分钟待用。
5. 奶油奶酪+糖粉,隔热水软化,边搅拌至无颗粒顺滑的状态即可。
6. 把面团擀开成方形,抹上奶油奶酪,撒上蔓越莓干,卷起来。
7. 二次发酵至两倍大左右,在表面划一下纹路,撒一些面粉。
8. 放入预热好的烤箱,190℃,烤20分钟左右,出炉,待凉。
