Since, there is still a remaining cream cheese in the refrigerator, so, I decided to bake this simple and easy to make burnt cheesecake! 😉
It’s super simple, 5 ingredients and 30minutes to make this yummy cheesecake.It taste better if you keep in the fridge overnight.😘

制作这道美味的芝士蛋糕非常简单,只需5种成分和烘烤30分钟。如果将其放入冰箱中冷藏过夜,味道会更好哦!😘
Basque Cheesecake 巴斯克芝士蛋糕
Ingredient材料 :
Cream Cheese奶油奶酪 250g
Sugar细砂糖 75g
Egg 鸡蛋 3
Plain flour普通面粉 15g
Whipping cream动物性鲜奶油 125g
Directions:
1. Lined the base and sides of a 6" round tin with baking paper.
2. Preheat oven at 200°C.
3. Mix well cream cheese and sugar
4. Beat in eggs one at a time, mix it well
5. Pour in Whipping cream and mix well.
6. Fold in sifted cake flour, mix well.
7. Sift the batter and pour batter into baking tin.
8. Bake at 200°C for 25 mins, then turn to 230°C(use upper heat) bake for another 5 mins or until deeply golden brown on top and still very jiggly in the center.
9. Once done, remove from oven and let the cheesecake cool completely . Chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
Note:
If you are using an 8-inch pan or larger, I recommend doubling the amount of ingredients, otherwise the cheesecake will be too thin.

1.在6英寸圆形烤盘的底部和侧面衬上烘培纸。
2.将烤箱预热至200°C。
3.混合均匀奶油芝士和糖
4.逐一打入鸡蛋,拌匀
5.倒入淡奶油,搅拌均匀。
6.加入过筛的面粉,拌匀。
7.过滤面糊,然后将面糊倒入烤盘中。
8.在200°C烘烤25分钟,然后转至230°C(用上火)再烘烤5分钟,直到顶部变成深金褐色,而蛋糕中间仍然可以轻微摇动。
9.让芝士蛋糕完全冷却后,放入冰箱中冷却4小时或过夜。
提示:
如果您使用的是8寸或更大的烤模,我建议将配料数量加倍,否则芝士蛋糕会太薄。
