Apam Balik 曼煎糕

因为行动管制令(MCO),好像很多人都在家里做这个曼煎糕来当早餐和下午茶点。😄 我看家里还有一些做辣死你妈剩下的花生,于是便动手做一些曼煎糕来吃啦!好吃,加了一些奶油花生酱更香噢!

Due to MCO, it seems that many people make this Apam Balik at home for breakfast and afternoon refreshment. 😄 Since I still have some leftover peanuts, so I started to make a small portion of peanut pancakes to eat ! Hmm.. It's delicious. It's more fragrant with some creamy peanut butter!



Apam Balik 曼煎糕

Ingredients:

Plain flour 面粉 150g (Sifted)
Sugar 糖  40g
Eggs 鸡蛋 1 pc
Water 水   160mI
Baking soda powder 苏打粉  1/4 tsp
Baking Powder  发粉 1/2 tsp

Filling 馅料:
Ground peanuts 花生碎
Sugar 糖
butter 牛油

Method:
1) Mix the ingredients together and mix well,  leave to rest for 20 minutes.

2) Heat the pan over low heat, then pour the batter directly onto pan without adding oil.

3) When bubbles are formed,  sprinkle with sugar, ground peanuts and then put a little butter or add your favorite fillings.

4) Fold the pancake into half once the bottom surface is browned and remove it from pan.

做法:
1)把所有材料全部混合搅拌均匀,静置20分钟。

2)小火烧热不粘平底锅,不需放油,倒入面糊。

3)当面糊呈现很多空气洞后,撒上糖,花生碎,再放少许牛油。或加入自己喜欢的馅料。

4)煎至饼皮背部上色,饼皮边酥脆金黄色时,把煎饼对半折后起锅。

Notes:
1. This recipe can be double, if you want to make more pancakes.

2.  When the bubbles are almost disappearing, it means the pancake is cooked, remove it from pan.

3. Remember to use a non stick pan to make this pancake.

1.如果您想做更多片曼煎糕,可以将食谱加倍。

2.当气泡几乎消失时,表示曼煎糕已煮熟,将其从锅中取出。

3.请记得使用不粘锅制作该薄煎饼。
