Red Bean Pumpkin Bread

I used leftover pumpkin puree to make this soft and fluffy Pumpkin bread. My kids like to eat bread with filling, so I added red bean paste. YUMMY!! 😋



 👆I made three plain pumpkin rolls.



Red Bean Pumpkin Bread 红豆南瓜面包

Ingredients:
300g Bread flour
120g Mashed Pumpkin
50ml milk 
30g Sugar
1 Egg
3g Dry yeast
2g Salt
30g Butter 

Filling:
Red Bean Paste or any filling you prefered

Method:
1.Add in egg and milk into mashed pumpkin and stir well.

2. Add in yeast, sugar and salt into flour and stir well.

3. Put the milk mixtures into bread flour and in an electric mixer  knead it or by hand.

4. Cover  the doughs and put it in the oven and placed a cup of boiling water and leave it for 60 minutes or till the dough is double in size.

5. Take out the dough, divide dough into10 equal portions( abt 55g-60g each), roll into balls. Rest for 15 minutes. 

7. Flatten the dough and put some red bean paste, roll and seal. 

8. Put it in a baking pan and ferment for about 60 minutes at room temperature or put it in the oven with a cup of boiling water.

9. Preheat the oven to 180℃ and  bake for 18 minutes!
