Pooh Pull Apart Bread 小熊维尼面包
(Pumpkin bread with Red Bean Paste Filling)

Ingredients:
150g Bread flour
15g Butter 
80ml milk 
3g Dry yeast
15g Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
50g Mashed Pumpkin

Method:
1. Heat butter  in the microwave with 80ml milk for 20-30 seconds and stir till butter is disolved. 

2. Add in yeast, sugar and salt and stir well.

3. Put the bread flour and milk mixtures in an electric mixer and knead it till form a rough dough, take out a small piece of dough for Pooh's nose. Then add in mashed pumpkin and continue to knead.

4.  Take out some dough for making Pooh's body. Mix with red colour and knead till the colour is even. 

5. Cover  the doughs and put it in the oven and placed a cup of boiling water and leave it for 60 minutes or till the dough is double in size.

6. Take out the dough, divide the white dough into 8 equal portions, roll into balls.  Divide the red dough into 8 equal portions, roll into balls. Divide the yellow dough, cut out some for making ears and hands,  divide the yellow dough into 8 portions (Pooh's head)and shape into balls. Shape the cut out doughs into 16 balls. Rest for 15 minutes. 

7. Flatten the dough and put some red bean paste, seal and roll into ball. Then assemble the body, hands, nose and ears.

8. Put it in a hollow baking mold and ferment for about 50 minutes at room temperature or put it in the oven with a cup of boiling water, ferment for 50 minutes.

9. Preheat the oven to 190C and  bake for 18 minutes!
