Dalgona Coffee焦糖奶盖咖啡(400次咖啡)

Do you know about this  popular "Dalgona Coffee" ? This coffee actually requries a 400 times whipping efforts. However, with a hand mixer, a super simple dalgona coffee just ready in 5 minutes😉! 

Apparently almost everyone is doing and posting on social media right now...😘 It's become a viral recipe in Korea... Not only does it tastes super yummy, it’s super easy to make and you only need three ingredients! 

**Dalgona coffee has its roots in South Korea, where a popular candy known as dalgona or ppopgi (aka Honeycomb Toffee ) is made by heating sugar, oil and baking soda and mixing until it’s thick and fluffy and then letting it harden.😉

While people are stuck inside practicing social distancing during the coronavirus crisis, experimenting with the coffee trend is a great way to pass the time. 😄 Agree? 

So, today is my birthday, a way to pamper myself, savour a cup of this coffee, my boring everyday life due to Community Quarantine (MCO), will become sweeter. 😊I pray that all of this comes to an end soon and everyone is well and healthy. 😘

Dalgona Coffee (Frothy Creamy Coffee) 400次咖啡

Ingredients :(make two mugs)

2tbsp Instant coffee 即溶咖啡
2tbsp Brown sugar 红砂糖
2tbsp Hot water 热水
300ml Milk 牛奶
Some ice cubes 适量冰块

Method:
1. Put instant coffee , sugar and water in a bowl.
2. Whip it with a hand mixer on a high speed for 3 min.
3. Pour some milk and ice cubes in a mug or a glass and scoop the coffee cream on top.
4. Mix the cream and milk well and enjoy.

Tip:
*You can srpinkle some cinnamon powder or chocolate powder on top the coffee latte.
*You can make it hot or iced of your choice.  
*I suggest that you should put more milk in the glass becauce the coffee is very strong and thick! So you need to use a tall glass.
