Soft and Fluffy Bread rolls 柔软蓬松的面包卷
Ingredients(6 Bread rolls):
★200g Bread flour
★20g Sugar
★3g Salt
★8g Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
115g water
3g Dry yeast
25g Whole egg
25g Unsalted butter(room temperature)
Egg wash:
25g Egg(Beaten egg )+5g water
Directions:
①Combine water and dry yeast.
②Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk.
③Add ①and Whole egg and mix.
④Put it on the table and knead. (10mins) *(you can used stand mixer to knead it)
⑤Add butter and knead more. (5mins)
⑥Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation)
⑦Degas the dough, divide it into 6 pieces and make them round.
⑧Cover them with a wet cloth or clingwrap and rest for 15 mins.
⑨After resting, deflate with your hand, roll into teardrop-shaped. Then roll each of them up to form the pretty rolled shape. Pinch the end to make sure it is secured.
⑩Once rolled, place the dough seam side down on a greased pan and let it proof for the second time.
⑪Gently brush them with egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
⑫ Bake at preheated oven at 180℃ for 12-15min. Place it on a wire rack to cool.
