Potato Donuts马铃薯甜甜圈

These doughnuts made with potatoes are really soft!

Potato Donuts马铃薯甜甜圈 

Ingredients:

Potato 100g

Bread flour 300g

Milk powder 15g

Yeast 5g

Sugar 50g

Egg 1 pc

Butter  35g

Water 90ml

Salt 3g


Method:

-Knead the dough with your hands or mixer

-The dough must be smooth and elastic!


1) Cut the potatoes into cubes, steam and puree, and let cool for later use.

2) Knead all the ingredients (except the butter) into a dough before adding the butter.

3) Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, cover it and leave it for 30 minutes.

4) Take out the dough, vent it, shape it, and make the dough stick to a thickness of 1cm. Use the Donut cutter to print out the doughnut shape and cover it with a cloth. Second fermentation  for 30 minutes. (If there is no Donut cutter, you can divide the dough about 50g, round it, make a small hole in the middle, and make a doughnut shape)

5) Heat the oil , put the potato rings in, fry until golden brown, drain the oil, and enjoy.

Tips:

1) 90ml of water ~~ The water should be slowly added to the dough, don't let it go all at once. It depends on the softness of the dough.

2) After heating the oil on medium heat, turn to low heat and fry slowly until golden brown. Don't put too much dough (potato rings) at one time, for fear that it will turn black.

3) Donuts can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or toppings of your choice.

材料:

马铃薯 大约 100g

高筋面粉 300g

牛奶粉 15g

酵母 5g

幼糖 50g

鸡蛋 1粒 (打散)

牛油 35g

水 90ml

盐 3g


做法 :

- 用手搓面团 !

- 面团一定要搓成光滑和弹性 !


1) 将马铃薯切块 , 蒸熟 , 压成泥 , 待冷备用。

2) 把全部材料 (除了牛油) 揉成团 , 后才加入牛油。

3) 面团揉成光滑和有弹性 , 盖好发酵30分钟。

4) 取出面团 , 排气 , 整形 , 把面团杆成1cm的厚度 , 用多纳模型 , 印出甜甜圈形状 , 用布盖着。再第二次的发酵待发30分钟。(如没有多纳模型 , 可把面团分割大约50g , 滚圆 , 中间搓小洞 , 做成甜甜圈造型)

5) 热油锅 , 把马铃薯圈放入 , 炸至金黄色 , 沥干油 , 即可享用。


温馨提醒 ~

1) 水 90ml ~~ 水要慢慢加入面团 , 别一次过放完。要看面团的软度。

2) 中火热油后 , 转小火 , 慢慢炸至金黄色。也不要一次放入太多面团 (马铃薯圈) , 怕来不及翻面 , 炸到变黑了。

3) 甜甜圈沾或不沾也可以 , 味道一样好吃 !

4) 甜甜圈可撒上糖粉或自己喜欢配料。
