我又做餐包啦!这次试另一个网络的食谱,面包体还不错,只是里头的馅料味道不是很够味!😉



Pork Buns 餐包

Ingredients
(6 Buns)

(A) Ketchup & Oyster Sauce Chicken/ pork:-
160g Minced chicken meat
1 tbsp Oil
Seosoning:
1 tsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Corn starch
1/4 tsp Sesame oil
Sprinkle of black pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Oil (for stir fying)
1/2 tbsp Garlic(chopped)
1/2 Yellow onion (chopped)
70g ( 1/3 cup ) Water
1 tsp Ketchup (tomato sauce)
1/2 tsp Chilli sauce
11 tbsp Parsley leaves

(B) Yeast mixture:-
150g ( 150ml ) Warm water
5g ( 1 tsp ) Caster sugar
5g ( 1 1/2 tsp ) Instant dried yeast

(C)
220g ( 1 1/2 cup ) Bread flour
15g  ( 1 tbsp ) Caster sugar
2g ( 1/2 tsp ) Salt
20g ( 2 tbsp ) Melted butter

Method
1. Mix water, sugar and yeast, set aside.
2. Mix Flour, salt, sugar and  yeast mixture and makes a soft dough. Add in butter abd knead till you get a smooth dough.Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour.
3. To make the chicken/pork filling, saute some chopped garlic, onion and marinated chicken and Cook it.
4. Add the seasoning ingredients and cook for i minute, add in water and simmer for 2 minutes.Set aside or chill it.
5. After the dough has doubled up knead it for 2 more minutes.
6. Divide it into 6 equal portions and roll into balls, rest for 15 minutes. Roll out the bread dough, put in filling and seal it well.
7. Proof for 40 minutes till bigger in size.
8. Give an egg wash, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and Bake in a 180C pre-heated oven for18 minutes or till golden brown on top.


*Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly.

1茶匙玉米淀粉
1/4茶匙麻油

1茶匙黑酱油

1/2黄洋葱(切碎)
70克(1/3杯)水
1茶匙番茄酱(番茄酱)
1/2茶匙辣椒酱
11汤匙欧芹叶

(B)酵母混合物:
150g(150ml)温水
5克(1茶匙)细砂糖
5克(1 1/2茶匙)速干酵母

(C)
220克(1 1/2杯)面包粉
15克(1汤匙)细砂糖
2克(1/2茶匙)盐
20克(2汤匙)融化的黄油

方法:

1.将水,糖和酵母混合,备用。

2.混合面粉,盐,糖和酵母混合物,制成柔软的面团。 加入黄油并揉成一团,直到面团变得光滑为止,盖上盖子静置1小时。

3.准备鸡肉/猪肉馅料,烧热油,炒蒜蓉,洋葱和腌制的鸡肉碎/猪肉碎,然后炒熟。

4.加入调味料,煮一分钟,加水煮2分钟。放在一边冷却或放进冰箱

5.面团翻倍后再揉2分钟。

6.将其分成6个相等的部分,并滚圆,休面15分钟。

7. 拿一个面团,擀开,放置馅料,并将其密封好。发酵40分钟直至变大。

8.抹上鸡蛋液,在上面撒些芝麻,然后在180℃的预热烤箱中烘烤18分钟,或者直到面包表面成金黄色。
