Black Sesame Cookies 黑芝麻饼
Ingredients :
150g butter (牛油)
50g peanut butter (花生酱)
130g (糖粉)
1 egg (鸡蛋)
200g plain flour (普通面粉)
60g corn flour (玉米粉/粟粉)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
150g black sesame powder (黑芝麻粉)
For glazing: 1 egg mix with 1/8 tsp salt (slightly beaten)
1粒鸡蛋加入1/8茶匙盐拌匀

Black Sesame Cookies 黑芝麻饼
Ingredients :
150g butter (牛油)
50g peanut butter (花生酱)
130g (糖粉)
1 egg (鸡蛋)
200g plain flour (普通面粉)
60g corn flour (玉米粉/粟粉)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
150g black sesame powder (黑芝麻粉)
For glazing: 1 egg mix with 1/8 tsp salt (slightly beaten)
1粒鸡蛋加入1/8茶匙盐拌匀
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Sift together flour, corn flour and salt.
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer beat together butter and peanut butter until combined well
- Beat inicing sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg until combined well.
- Add in flour mixture and black sesame powder then use a spatula to fold it well or to form a soft dough.
- Devide the dough into small portions(5g) and shape into balls.
- Arrange cookies dough on a baking tray and brush with beaten egg. Decorate with some white and black sesame seeds.
- Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 15-20 minuets.
- Cool cookies on sheets completely before storing them.
