Mice German Cookies 鼠鼠德式酥饼  
Ingredients 材料:

Unsalted Butter 125g  无盐黄油 125克
Icing sugar 50g  糖粉 50克
Cake flour 90g  低筋面粉 90克
Potato starch 125g  马铃薯粉 125克
Milk powder 15g  奶粉 15克
Black sesame   黑芝麻 
Cocoa powder 可可粉
Chocolate rice   巧克力米
Pink food coloring 粉色食用色素

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and icing sugar till light and fluffy. 
2. Sift in potato starch and cake flour. With a spatula, mix to form a soft dough. 
3. Take 20g of dough mix with pink coloring and 20g of dough mix with cocoa powder.
4. Roll dough into mouse shape and assemble the ears , eyes and nose. Arrange on lined baking pan.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 150C for 16 mins (need not bake till cookies turn brown).

Note: if the mixture appears too soft and wet to shape, leave the dough to chill in the fridge for about 10-15mins .
