Orange Poppy Seed Cake香橙罂粟籽蛋糕

This Orange cake brings warmth and so much flavor, the fresh orange juice gives it a light yellow color and the poppy seeds give a cruncy bites. Therefore, what I love about this cake is the texture, soft and flavorful. It's great for breakfast, served with a cup of coffee .😉

香橙罂粟籽蛋糕非常容易制作加了罂粟籽和配上柳橙汁,味道令人惊艳!非常适合当早餐配上一杯咖啡,赞哦!淡淡的香橙味道,再加上酥脆的罂粟籽,口感丰富层次鲜明,吃在嘴里有一种幸福的味道。😘








Ingredients:
3 large eggs大鸡蛋
180g granulated sugar砂糖
110ml sunflower oil葵花籽油
125ml Plain Greek yogurt纯希腊酸奶
75ml orange juice橙汁
Grated zest of an orange橙皮屑
250g  All Purpose flour中筋面粉
2 tsp Baking powder发粉
1/4 tsp salt盐
1/4 cup poppy seeds罂粟籽

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Greased and lined the 7"pan with parchment paper. 
2. In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the flour , baking powder and salt.
3. Beat the sugar and eggs till fluffy and pale in colour.
4. Add in orange juice, orange zest, yogurt and oil  into the egg mixture and beat well.
5. When the mixture is well blended, gently whisk in the dry ingredients and poppy seeds, just until incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared  pan.
6. Bake the cake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the top is golden and the sides start to pull away from the sides of the pan; a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then unmold the cake. Let the cake cool completely on the cooling rack.

* If using 8" pan, reduce the baking time to 45-50 minutes. (Oven temperature and time may vary, please adjust it accordingly.)

方法:
1.将烤箱预热至180°C。在7“烤盘上涂上油并衬上烘培纸。
2.将面粉,发粉和盐过筛。
3.将糖和鸡蛋打匀,直到面糊蓬松,颜色变浅。
4.加入橙汁,橙皮,酸奶和油在鸡蛋混合物中,搅拌均匀。
5.加入干成分和罂粟种子,轻轻搅拌直至混合均匀。将面糊倒入准备好的烤盘。
6.烘烤蛋糕55至60分钟,或直到蛋糕的顶部变成金黄色并且侧面开始从锅侧面拉开。插入中心的牙签拉出时不沾面糊。
7.让蛋糕在烤盘冷却10分钟,然后将蛋糕脱模。让蛋糕在冷却架上完全冷却。
