The buns are light and soft yet rich and crusty on the outside just like a burger bun should be! 😉 This buns only need one time proofing method, it's simple and easy! 😊
Ingredients食谱如下 :
190g Bread flour面包粉
50g All purpose flour中筋面粉
30g Sponge dough老面种面团*
20g sugar糖
3g instant dry yeast即溶干酵母
2g salt盐
One egg + milk 180g 蛋液(用一颗鸡蛋+全脂牛奶 )
30g Butter/planta 牛油/planta
2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
Method:
1. Mixing all ingredients (except butter) together. knead till you get a dough.
2. Knead in butter, incorporate well and knead till you achieve a smooth dough.
3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly flour surface.
4. Cut the dough into 8 portions(67g /-), roll and stretch each dough into a flat roun shape and swiss roll up then rounded it and put onto a baking pan.
5. Allow it to rise for one hour.
6. Bake in preheated oven of 190°C for 20-25 mins.
7. Remove buns from the tray and leave to cool on a cooling rack.

方法:
1) 全部材料,除了牛油放进面包机揉20分钟。
2) 加入牛油,再揉20分钟。
3) 直接取出,排气,分割8等份(67g +/-),擀平,卷起,搓圆,放在烤盘上。
4) 放进烤箱发酵1小时。
5) 预热烤箱190度,烘烤20-25分钟。
6) 面包立即从烤盘取出,放在架上待凉。
