Pull- Apart Cinnamon Rolls手撕肉桂卷

A fluffy and Pull- Apart Cinnamon Rolls. Just mix it and without kneading, yes... WITHOUT KNEADING! This Cinnamon Rolls is really soft and delicious.

Ingredients:
Bread flour 200g面包粉
butter 15g黄油
milk 150ml牛奶
Instant dry yeast 4g速溶干酵母
sugar 20g糖
salt 1/2 teaspoon盐

~Cinnamon sugar肉桂糖
melted butter 1 tbp融化黄油
cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp肉桂粉
Granulated sugar 25g砂糖
* Mix cinnamon powder and granulated sugar.
*混合肉桂粉和砂糖。

~ Icing糖霜
powdered sugar 25g糖粉
milk 1 tsp牛奶
lemon juice 1/2 tsp柠檬汁
* Add milk and lemon juice to powdered sugar and mix well.
*将牛奶和柠檬汁加入糖粉中搅拌均匀。

Method:
1. Put milk and butter in a bowl and heat for  40 seconds.
* Warm to the touch. Be careful as the yeast that you add afterwards becomes dull when heated.
2. Melt the butter while mixing with chopsticks, and mix in this order yeast, sugar, and salt.
* Salt must be added at the end and mixed well.
3. Mix well, add bread flour and mix with chopsticks.
4. Transfer the dough to a bowl (oiled), wrap and
ferment until the dough is about 1.5 times larger .
(Putting a cup of hot water in a coffee cup together will
prevent the dough from drying and the fermentation will proceed faster.
5. After rolling to a size of 30 × 25 with a rolling pin, apply melted butter and ssprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
(do not apply butter or cinnamon sugar to the edges side.)
6. Roll the dough from the end and squeeze it lightly by pinching the dough with your hands.
7. Divide the dough into 12 pieces and place them in a mold.
Ferment until the dough is doubled.
8.Preheated the oven  to 200 ° C and bake for 10 minutes.
When it is done , remove it from the mold and cool it on a rack.
9. Apply icing on the cinnamon rolls.

方法:
