Peach Pie水蜜桃派

Since there are some leftover pie crush and peaches in the fridge, so I decided to make this peach pie.
因为冰箱里还有一些剩下的派皮和桃子,所以我决定做这个桃子派。😘












Peach Pie(21cm pie pan)
Ingredients:
~Filling 内陷:
Peaches from can 罐头的桃子
2 Eggs (large, room temperature) 鸡蛋(大,室温)
40g  Unsalted butter  无盐黄油
100g Cream cheese 奶油芝士
130g Almond flour 杏仁粉
20g  granulated sugar 砂糖

~ Almond Cream :
1. Put butter and cream cheese in a bowl and mix. Add granulated sugar and mix well.
2. Add in beaten egg and mix well. ( leave some for egg wash)
3. Add the almond flour (sifted ) and mix well , set aside.
4. Remove the peaches from can and cut it into slices and set aside.

~Pie Crush:
2 sheets Frozen puff pastry

 Method:
1. Preheating Oven at 200 ° C .
2. Roll out and stretch them to fit the size of the pie,
3. Cut off the excess. Put it in the freezer.
4. Put Almond cream onto it and flatten it with a spatula. 
5. Place peaches on it.
6. Roll out second sheet, cut into equal strips and arrange in lattice pattern over pie.
7. Cut the excess and applied to the seam.
8. Apply the beaten egg to the whole pie surface, bake it in an oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes, then lower it to 180 ° C and bake for 30 minutes!
8. Sprinkle some non melting powdered sugar on top the pie.

* It is delicious to eat with ice cream ^^

杏仁奶油馅
1.将黄油和奶油芝士放入碗中混合。加入砂糖,搅拌均匀。
2.加入打好的鸡蛋拌匀。(留一些蛋液抹面用)
3.加入杏仁粉(过筛)混匀,备用。
4.从罐中取出桃子,切成薄片,放在一边。


2张冷冻酥皮

 方法:
1.预热烤箱200°C
2.将酥皮扞开并拉伸以适应派盘的大小,
3.切掉多余的酥皮
4.将杏仁奶油馅放在上面,用橡皮刮刀将其压平。
5.将水蜜桃放在上面。
6.将令一张皮擀开切成相同的条状,然后并在馅饼上排列成格子图案覆盖水蜜桃上面。
7.切掉多余的酥皮部分并排放在派盘边缘上。
8.将打好的鸡蛋液涂在整个酥皮表面,在200°C的烘箱中烘烤15分钟,然后将其降至180°C并烘烤30分钟!
8.在馅饼上撒上一些不融化的糖粉。


*配上冰淇淋吃也不错!
