Dinner Rolls 晚餐卷

These dinner rolls are very fluffy, soft and delicious, it still soft for the next day at room temperature. You can eat it with kaya, butter, tuna or egg mayo and etc... 😊


Ingredients:
120ml water
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast 
3 tsps Sugar
3/4 tsp salt
4 tbps Milk powder
1 large egg
250g (2cups) Bread Flour 
3 tbps (42g) Butter, softened

Method:
1. MIx water, yeast, sugar, salt and milk powder evenly, add in egg and mix well.
2.Add in Bread Flour and knead , then add in butter and continue to knead into a smooth dough.
3. Round the dough and put in a greased bowl and covered, proofing for 1 hour or the dough rose about double size, remove from bowl..
4. Divided the dough into equal portions about 50g of small dough, and then rounded or roll out with a rolling pin, then swiss roll up. Arrange the dough into a baking pan,  covered for final proofing  about 40 minutes.
5. After the completion of the proofing, brush egg wash first before put into the preheated oven bake at 175 ℃  for 15-20 minutes.
