Walnut Banana Cake 核桃香蕉蛋糕

Yes, I baked banana cake again !!! My younger son said he wants to eat "brown colour" banana cake. Hahaha....😘

我又做香蕉蛋糕啦!因为小儿子说要吃“巧克力色”的香蕉蛋糕...哈哈哈!😄

Ingredients材料:

Banana香蕉 2
Unsalted butter无盐黄油 150g 
Eggs鸡蛋 2
Sugar砂糖 150g 
All purpose flour中筋面粉 240g  
Salt盐 1/4 tsp
Baking soda小苏打 1/2 tsp
Baking powder泡打粉  1 tsp
Cinnamon powder肉桂粉1 tsp

Preheated oven 350°F / 175°C bake for 45 mins to 1 hour, after 45 mins, check the cake, if its not done yet, cover with a foil, bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

预热好的烤箱350°F / 175°C烤45分钟至一个小时,45分钟查看蛋糕熟透了没,若还没有烤熟,盖上铝箔纸再烤10-15分钟。

Method :

1) Sieve the cake flour , baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt together.
(2) Beat  sugar and butter in  a mixing bowl till creamy.
(3) Add in eggs gradually and mix well.
(4) Add in vanilla exsence and mashed banana, mix well.
(5) Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.  
(6) Pour into a loaf tin 8" x 3" and bake at 175°C for about 60 mins or till cooked. Stand cake in tin for at least 5 to 10 mins. before unmoulding onto a cooling rack.

Note : I added some chopped walnuts in the cake batter and sprinkled some walnuts on top the cake for decorate... (◠_◠)
