BANANA BREAD LOAF 香蕉土司面包


👆I've been eying this banana bread recipe for quite some time, finally, I made it! This banana bread is super soft and fluffy and the banana aroma is not overly empowering the bread taste.😊





BANANA BREAD LOAF 香蕉土司麵包

高筋面粉 bread flour   350g / 2,1/3cup
细砂糖 caster sugar   30g / 2Tbsp
盐 salt   1tsp
奶粉 milk powder   2Tbsp
香蕉 banana   1 / 100g
全蛋 whole egg   1(55g+)
鮮奶 fresh milk   70ml+-
即溶酵母 instant yeast   1/2Tbsp
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter   40g / 2Tbsp

长模 Pan size 22cm x 6cm x 10cm   2 
*I used Pan size 26cm x 7.5cm x 11cm (1) and 19cmx5.5cmx9cm(1)


Method:

1) Put all ingredients (except for butter) in a mixer and knead for 10 minutes.  Add butter and knead for another 10 minutes till a smooth dough is formed.  Cover and let it rest for about 60 minutes, or till it doubled in size.

2) Punch out air and divide the dough 2 portion.  Round up each of the dough and let the dough rest for another 15 minutes. 

3) Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and roll up into a long log. Cut into nearly equal size and place it in a loaf tin. Cover and let it rest for about 60 minutes, or till it doubled in size.

4) Bake in preheated oven of 180°C for 17-20 minutes.  Brush a thin layer of melted butter on the buns and transfer to rack to cool completely.


做法:

1)将所有成分(黄油除外)放入混合器中并揉捏10分钟。 加入黄油并再揉10分钟,直至形成光滑的面团。 盖上盖子,让它静置约60分钟,或直到它发酵至一倍大。

2)排出空气并分出面团2份。 将每个面团揉成圆团,让面团放置醒发15分钟。

3)将面团擀出长方形再卷成长条。 切成相同的大小,放在面包模里。 盖上盖子,让它静置醒发约60分钟,或直到它发酵至一倍大。

4)在180℃的预热烘箱中烘烤17-20分钟。 在面包上刷一层薄薄的融化黄油,然后转移到架子上彻底冷却。
