Soy Pulp (Okara) Seasoning (豆渣香酥粒)

自己做豆浆,剩下的豆渣,我不舍得就这样把它丢掉,所以上网查,怎么处理这豆渣。原来可以把它做成豆渣香酥粒。拿来配饭吃,不错哦!😘

I made soy milk and kept the remaining bean dregs in the fridge. After I google checked how to deal with this bean dregs and found out they were many ways to use it... so I decided to fry it to make 
Okara seasoning. It is best to eat with rice!😋



材料:
葱半根,油,豆渣

调味料:
盐,蒜头粉,洋葱头粉,辣椒粉

做法
1. 切半根葱花末,锅中放油,把葱花爆香。

2. 放入豆渣,不停翻炒,最后加入调味料翻炒就好了。

3. 存放在玻璃罐中。

* 也可以加一些黑白芝麻一起炒,味道会更香哦!

Ingredients:
Half sprig green onion, oil, bean dregs

Seasoning:
Salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder

Method:
1. Chopped green onion, put the oil in the pot, and sauté the chopped green onion.

2. Add in bean dregs, stir fry, and finally add seasonings to stir fry.

3. Store in a glass jar.

*You may add in some black and white sesame seeds, more fragrant!
