Yesterday was my MIL's birthday, I made some "Longevity Peach Buns for her, wishing her a very " Happy Birthday🎂!"

寿桃包
材料:
面粉250g
奶粉 10g( 可以不放)
幼糖30g
干酵母 3g
食用油15g
双倍发粉1茶匙
水130ml
盐1g
做法:
1. 将全部材料除了油用手搓成团后再加入油搓成面团光滑即可(或将全部材料用搅拌机搅打成光滑面团即可)。
2. 待发45-60分钟。
3. 取出面团,把面团揉成长条状,分割成10粒40g的小面团。 搓圆,压扁再擀开,擀成圆形(中间厚,旁边薄),包入馅料(豆沙蓉20g),揉成寿桃形,用刮刀在中间按一条线,图上粉色素。
4. 喷上少许水在面团表面,扫上少许油在面团表面(这个步骤可以省略),放置醒面约15分钟。
5. 用大火蒸10分钟即可,蒸好后开小洞3分钟后才拿出来。
*小提示:
1. 如果蒸好后的寿桃包线条不够明显,可以在刚蒸好的寿桃包再用汤匙按一下线条。
2. 也可以在蒸好后的寿桃包,才用清洁的牙刷喷上粉色素。
Ingredients::

Milk powder 10g (Optional)
Sugar 30g
Instant yeast 3g
Cooking oil 15g
Double action baking powder 1 tsp
Water 130g
Salt 1g
Method:
1. Put all the ingredients except oil and knead by hand till form a dough. Then add in oil and continue to knead the dough till smooth (or use a mixer to knead).
2. Proofing for 45-60 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 10 pieces of 40g small dough. Round into a ball, flatten it and use a roller to roll into a round shape, wrapped in 20g red bean paste, and shape it into a peach shape, with a scraper cut a line in the middle, brush some pink color.
4. Spray a little water on the surface of the dough and brush a little oil on the surface of the dough (this step can be omitted), rest for 15 minutes.
5. Steam for 10 minutes on high heat, open a small hole for 3 minutes before open the cover, take out and serve.
