Fluffy Donuts 经典甜甜圈(5)

I make donuts again!😅 I just wanted to try others donut recipe! This donuts texture  is fluffy and soft! I like it ! 😘

Simple and easy make donuts you can make fresh in your own home. 😉



 👆 A bit over fried it....😅
Ingredients:

高筋面粉 bread flour   185g (1+1/3cup)
细砂糖 caster sugar   1Tbsp
盐 salt   1/2tsp
泡打粉 baking powder   1/2tsp
鮮奶 fresh milk   90ml+-
蛋黄 egg yolk   1
即溶酵母 instant yeast   1tsp
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter   20g( 1+1/2Tbsp)


Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients and knead till smooth dough, take out the dough onto a floured surface and lightly knead it. Set aside and rest for 1hour or double in size.
2. Punch it down, cut it out to 8 pieces. 
3. Round the dough and set aside to rise for second time for 45 mins. Then, make a hole in the center of the dough with your finger.
4. Heat up oil and fry in hot oil until golden brown, once done, immediately coat with sugar or glaze.

做法:

1.将所有材料混合并揉成光滑的面团,将面团取出放在面粉上轻轻揉搓。 放置一旁待发1小时或至双倍大。
2.取出将其排气,将其分割8份。
3.滚圆,静置45分钟后,用手指在面团中心打个洞。
4.烧开油,炸至金黄,乘热撒上砂糖或糖霜即可。
