Banana shape steamed buns 香蕉造型馒头

最近网友一直分享造型馒头,看了我也想做做过瘾,哈哈!😉 由于两个儿子都不爱吃馒头,所以我加了红豆馅,这样他们才会赏脸吃一个呗!

Recently,  bloggers have been sharing all kind of shapes of mantou, and I also want to do it! Haha! 😉 Hmm... because my two sons don’t like to eat steamed buns, so I added red bean filling so that they will "give face" to eat the steamed bun. 😅




          👆怎么看起来像榴莲多一些,金黄干包榴莲,哈哈。。。😂

香蕉造型馒头

中筋面粉 150g
酵母  0.6g
花生油 5g
细砂糖 16g
清水 75g

做法:
1. 将所有材料混合搓揉至面团光滑。
2. 将面团分割两份,将一份面团加入黄色素,揉至面团染色均匀,面团分割五个小剂子,然后整形。
3. 整形好的面团,发酵大约一小时后,中大火蒸10分钟。
4. 蒸好后,等三分钟后才开盖。

提示:
1.  记得在包入黄色皮之前,白色面团表面先抹上一层油。那么,蒸好后,才容易剥开香蕉皮。😉



食谱参考:Zoey recipe的芒果造型馒头

Ingredients:

All purpose flour 150g
Instant Yeast 0.6g
Peanut oil 5g
Castor Sugar 16g
Clear water 75g

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients and knead until the dough is smooth.
2. Divide the dough into two portions, add yellow pigment to a portion of the dough, knead until the dough is dyed evenly, and  shape the dough.
3.  Set aside for one hour of fermentation, then steam for 10 minutes in medium heat.
4. After steaming, wait for three minutes before opening the lid.
