I like this simple and quick classic tiramisu recipe which include all the flavor, but less of the fuss.😍
Tiramisu ( Eggless)
Ingredients:
200 ml whipped cream
250 g mascarpone cheese / cream cheese
100 g condensed milk
24 pcs ladyfingers sponge biscuits(Boudoir biscuits/Savoiardi)
300 ml of coffee
2 Tbp Kahlua or brandy
2 Tbps cocoa powder for dusting the top

300 ml of coffee

2 Tbps cocoa powder for dusting the top
Method:
- Beat whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Add in mascarpone cheese and condensed milk and continue to whip to stiff peaks.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee (and kahlua or brandy if using) and place in an 8"×4" container(x2) to make the first layer – you can fit about 6 cookies in each layer(Total of 12 ladyfingers in a container). Don't let them soak as they will fall apart, just a quick dunk in the coffee is enough.
- Spread half of the cheese cream mixture on top of the first layer of ladyfingers and dust the top with cocoa powder using a sieve.
- Repeat process with the second layer of ladyfingers and cream mixture. Dust the top of dessert with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for about 2-4 hours.
