Pineapple Pickle with Dried Sour Plum腌酸梅辣椒黄梨

This Pineapple pickle gives you such a kick of its sweet, sour, salty and spicy all in one bites.  Its good for an appetizer or after meal dessert.

腌酸梅辣椒黄梨

材料:
黄梨 (把黄梨去皮去芯,切小片)
柠檬汁 1汤匙
糖 2汤匙
酸梅 4粒(用剪刀剪小块)
红辣椒 1 条 或小辣椒 2-3条 切粒
1/3 杯水

做法:
1. 把以上的材料(除了黄梨和柠檬汁)放进小锅子煮滚,加入柠檬汁,熄火,待凉。


2. 把(1)的材料倒入黄梨里混合搅匀,收进冰箱1小时后即可食用。

Ingredients:

Pineapple ( skined  and cut into thin chunks)
Lemon juice  1tbp
sugar  2tbp
Dried Sour Plum  4( cut into small pieces)
Red chili 1 or chili Padi 2-3 ( cut into small pieces)
Water 1/3 cup 

Method:
1. Boil the above ingredients( Except pineapple and lemon juice) and stir till sugar dissolves, add in lemon juice, set aside.


2. Pour in (1) pickle solution into pineapple and mix well. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator for an hour and it's ready to be served.
