No-Knead Crusty Bread免揉面包

没想到这个免揉面包那么简单容易做!面包表皮脆脆的,里面是松软的,加上咬到面包里头的干果,好好吃噢!👏😋

I did not expect this bread to be so easy to make and I am so glad I did! The bread crust is crunchy,  the inside is soft, and with the dried fruit and nuts  inside the bread,  it is a total deliciousness in every bite..... oh YES!! 😘





免揉面包食谱~两件

高筋面粉 200 克
中筋面粉 50克
白糖/ 红糖 10 克
酵母 3 克
盐 5 克
水 250 毫升
干果:
烤坚果(核桃) 40 克
干果(红莓) 20 克
亚麻籽 1汤匙

做法:
1 将所有材料(除了干果)搅拌均匀至无粉粒。用保鲜膜封好,放进冰箱冷藏一夜或8个小时直到面团发至两倍大。
2 将面团倒在撒了高筋面粉的工作台上,再撒上一些高筋面粉在面团上,然后轻轻按压面团排气,按压稍微比较薄些,撒上干果,然后卷起来包好整圆,切一半成两个面团。整好形状后放在烤盘,在面团上切几刀,放置发酵40分钟至两倍大。
3 撒上一些高筋面粉在已经发酵好了的面团表面,放进已经预热烤箱220°C烤20-24分钟。

 No-Knead Crusty Bread Recipe ~2 pcs

Bread flour  200 g
All-purpose Flour  50 g
Granulated Sugar/ Brown Sugar  10 g
Yeast  3 g
Salt  5 g 
Water  250 ml

Nuts:
Toasted nuts(Walnut)  40 g
Dried fruit(Cranberry)  20 g
Flax seed  1 Tbsp

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together (except dried fruits & nuts) . Seal with cling wrap and put it in the refrigerator for over night or at least 8 hours until the dough is double in size.
2. Pour the dough out on the floured work surface , sprinkle some bread flour on the dough, then gently press down the dough to release air, press the dough slightly flat, then sprinkle with dried fruit and nuts,  roll and wrap it up. Cut the dough into two portions. Shapes the dough and put it on the baking tray, cut a few slits on the dough surface, and let it fermentation for 40 minutes or double in size.
3. Sprinkle some bread flour on the surface of the dough that has been fermented, and put it in the preheated oven at 220 ° C bake for 20-24 minutes.
