Double Boil Wine Chicken soup 色酒炖鸡汤

很久很久没有炖色酒鸡汤喝了!今天就炖给我的女儿喝,而我也顺便喝一些补一补身体吧!嘻嘻。。。😘

这是用甘榜鸡肉炖煮的鸡汤,里头用红枣,枸杞和当归调味。喝了这汤让你充满活力和营养。你也可以加入两粒鸡蛋代替鸡肉,或是两样一起炖煮。

这种美味的汤不需要太多的准备,它只是需要长时间的炖煮。间中,必须监控并确保在整个炖煮过程中锅中始终有水。

This chicken soup is double-boiled with kampung chicken.  Flavoured with traditional Chinese herbs like red dates, goji berries and dang gui. This soup is believed to be invigorating and nutritious.  You can add two eggs instead of chicken or stew both.


This delicious soup doesn't need much effort to prepare, it's just the double boiling that takes a longer time.  Do monitor and also ensure that there's always water in the pot during the whole double boiling process.



色酒炖鸡汤

材料:
整支鸡腿 1支
色酒 半杯
水 1杯
当归  2片
姜  2片
枸杞 大约10颗
盐巴 少许

做法:

  1. 鸡肉去皮,洗净,飞水。
  2. 将鸡肉,酒和水及其它材料放入炖盅,炖1-2个小时。
  3. 鸡肉和汤一起吃完。



Double Boil Wine Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken thigh, de-skinned and cut into pieces(or whole piece if you prefered)
1/2 cup of liquor(any liquor)
1 cup of water
1-2 pieces dang gui
1-2 pieces ginger slice
Some Goji berries
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Pour boiling water over chicken pieces and set aside for 2 mins to remove the blood of the parts. Discard the water.
  2. Put all ingredients into double boiler.
  3. Let the soup brew for 2 hours under medium low heat.
  4. Serve immediately.
