Cheddar Cheese Bread

A simple, delicious, soft,  yet comforting homemade cheese bread.😘
It's quite a while I didn't make white bread loaf. This time I added some cheddar cheese slices... the bread is super soft and tasty with a little bit of saltiness from the cheese, yummy!😋

Ingredients :

260g high protein flour
20g sugar
3g instant dry yeast
1g salt
One egg +  milk 180g 
30g Butter/planta 
Cheddar Cheese  6 slices

Method:

1) Mixing all ingredients (except butter) together. knead till you get a dough.
2) Knead in butter, incorporate well and knead till you achieve a smooth dough.
3) Turn the dough out onto a lightly flour surface. 
4) Cut the dough into 3 portions, roll and stretch each dough into a rectangle, put two slices of cheddar cheese and swiss roll up, then put into a loaf pan.
5) Put in the oven for 1 hour allow it to rise.
6) Bake in preheated oven of 180°C for 30- 40 mins.
7) Remove from pan and left it to cool. Slice and enjoy!

食谱如下:

面包粉 260g
即溶干酵母 3g
蛋液(用一颗鸡蛋)+全脂牛奶180g
糖 20g
盐 1g
牛油/planta 30g
切达奶酪 6 片

做法:

1) 全部材料,除了牛油放进面包机揉8分钟。
2) 加入牛油,再揉8分钟。
3) 直接取出,排气,分割3份,擀平,放上两片芝士卷起,放进土司模。
4) 放进烤箱发酵1小时。
5) 预热烤箱180度,烘烤30-40分钟。
6) 面包立即从土司模取出,待凉,切片,放进不透风盒子。
