Strawberry flavour Macaron





👆 Packed some Macaron for my dear MH crews who came for lunch gathering aka celebrating my birthday. 😘


▶Ingredients

Macaron Shells:

50g Almond powder 
40g Powdered sugar
40g Egg white
40g Sugar 
Food coloring (strawberry flavour)
*Filling of your choice


Steps:
1. Sift icing sugar and almond flour
2. Stir the sifted mixture well
3. Beat the egg whites and add the sugar gradually. Beat until it reaches STIFF peaks
4. Combine the dry mixture with the egg mixture
5. Fold the mixture until it is smooth and shiny, make sure not to overmix or undermix (this will take practice)
6. Fill a pipping bag up with the batter
7. Pipe even circles on parchment paper
8. Tap out the air bubbles ( you will see them popping)
9. Bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees F (you can put it in the oven right away no resting time!)
15. Transfer the macarons to a wire rack to cool completely before filling.
