材料:
2汤匙 马芝林
2粒咸蛋黄,蒸熟
2支 咖哩叶
150克 粟米片
调味料:
1茶匙 鸡精粉
1茶匙 辣椒粉
做法:
1)炒热马芝林,加入咸蛋黄,咖喱叶和调味料炒至起沙至香。
2)加入粟米片沙至干香即可。
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Margerine
2 salted egg yolks, steamed
curry leaves
200g corn flakes
seasoning:
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp paprika or chillie powder
practice~
1) Heat up Margerine, add salted egg yolk, curry leaves and seasonings fry until the yolks are bubbly and fragrance.
2) Add in cornflakes and fry until all cornflakes coated with seasoning.
