Chocolate Brownies 巧克力布朗尼

Homemade fudgy Brownie.... love the crusty surface, fudgy and moist texture, and a deep chocolate flavour with scattered some flakes of sea salt on it.... nom.. nom... nom.... sweet and salty combination....yummy 😋
突然就是想吃巧克力布朗尼。。。简单又容易做的甜点,材料都有,于是马上动手做了!撒上一些海盐在巧克力布朗尼上面,吃起来有甜咸的口感,好吃!😘




 This brownies recipe is really easy and so yummy.....😉

Perfect crispy crackly top, super fudgy or gooey in the centre... so chocolaty and heavenly! 😋😘😍


Ingredients:

150 g semisweet or bittersweet chocolate(chopped) I used button chocolate chips)
113g butterr, cut into pieces
1 cup (200 g) granulated white sugar
2 tsps(15 g) cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp Instant coffee powder 
3 large eggs
95g All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt (optional) -I didn't add into my batter
1/2 cup (90 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
1 tsp Sea salt

Instructions:

1.Preheat oven to 180℃ and place the rack in the center of the oven. Butter an 8 inch (20 cm) square pan, and line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.

2.Melt the chocolate and butter in a large stainless steel bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder, coffee powder and sugar . Next, whisk in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Finally, stir in the flour, salt and chocolate chips (if using). 

3.Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle some sea salt on top. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a little batter and a few moist clumps clinging to it. Do not over bake. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. 

4. Cut it into 16 pieces and serve at room temperature or chilled.
