Chocolate chips 巧克力曲奇饼

I’m SO thrilled to be sharing this recipe with you today. In my opinion it’s the perfect easy everyday chocolate chip cookie recipe. They’re simple to make, and yield beautiful cookies that are so crispy.

If you like thick cookies, you can add more  flour into this recipe, you just need to increase 95g flour to 125g-150g flour.

Ingredients:

140g unsalted butter
2/3 cup (150g)packed light brown sugar
1 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup(95g) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp fine salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup(50g) crushed oat cereal
1/2cup(50g) Oatmeals

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF(200ºC). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.

3. In the bowl of an electric mixer beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add the vanilla and eggs. Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips, crushed oat cereal and Oatmeals.

4. If time permits, refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour or 24 hours. This allows the dough to “marinate” and makes the cookies thicker and more flavorful. Let dough sit at room temperature just until it is soft enough to scoop.( I omit this step)

5. Drop 1/2 tsp of dough onto prepared baking sheets about 1/2 inch apart of each cookies dough.( I just chilled it for 10mins and baked straight in the oven).

6. Bake for 7 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

7. Stored in an airtight container.
