This donuts are soft and fluffy!😘
600 grams plain flour
260 grams full milk
2 medium eggs
11 grams instant dry yeast
100 grams butter
45 grams fine sugar
8 grams salt
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients and knead till smooth dough, take out the dough onto a floured surface and lightly knead it. Set aside and rest for 1hour or double in size.
2. Punch it down, roll it out to a 1/2 inch thickness.
3. Use donut shape cutter to cut out donut and set aside to rise for second time for 30 mins or rises 50%, not more.
4. Heat up oil and fry in hot oil until golden brown, once done, immediately coat with sugar.
