Chocolate Swirl bread 巧克力大理石吐司

This two toned loaf is perfectly suited for breakfast or afternoon snack with a cup of coffee or tea. This bread is not as complicated as it looks, and yet it is a delicious indulgence.😘 I'm in love with this "Soft toast"! 😘

Ingredients :

260g high protein flour
20g sugar
3g instant dry yeast
1g salt
One egg
170g warm milk 
2tbsp cocoa powder
30g Butter/planta 

1) Mixing all ingredients (except butter) together. knead till you get a dough.
2) Knead in butter, incorporate well and knead till you achieve a smooth dough.
3) Turn the dough out onto a lightly flour surface. Combine the cocoa powder  with 1/3 of dough. Knead each portion dough to form two smooth dough balls. Place two dough balls separately, cover with cling wrap and rest for 15 mins.
4) Roll and stretch each dough into a rectangle. Place the chocolate dough on top of plain dough and roll it out into a rectangle again, then swiss roll up. Cut the dough into 3 portions, round in a ball and put into loaf pan.
5) Put in the oven for 1 hour allow to rise till it reaches 80% of the height of loaf pan.
6) Bake in preheated oven of 180 degrees C for 40 mins.
7) Remove from pan and left to cool. Slice and enjoy!

食材 : 

高筋面粉 260g
酵母 3g
一颗鸡蛋
全脂牛奶 170g(温)
糖 20g
盐 1g
可可粉 2汤匙
牛油/planta 30g

1) 把全部材料,(除了牛油)放进搅拌机混合均匀,搅拌至面团表面光滑能拉出粗膜。
2) 加入黄油揉入面团中,搅拌面团至面团柔软,能拉出一层透明的薄膜。
3) 取出面团,将可可粉与1/3面团混合。 将每个面团揉成两个光滑面团球。 分别放置两个面团球,用保鲜膜覆盖并静置15分钟。
4)将每个面团擀平成长方形。 将巧克力面团放在普通面团上面,然后再将其擀平长方形,然后将其瑞士卷起来。将面团分割3份,滚圆放入面包盘中。
5)放入烤箱中发酵1小时,使其升至面包盘高度约80%。
6)在180摄氏度的预热烤箱中烘烤40分钟。
7)面包立即从土司模取出,待凉,切片,享用!
