Pork chops with Spaghetti Aglio Olio

Delicious and simple pork chops and spaghetti! 



Recipe for Pork Chop
Ingredients:

1 teaspoon seasoned salt, plus more for seasoning
1 teaspoon ground black pepper, plus more for seasoning
Pork chops
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
Turmeric curry powder
Cooking oil
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:

1. Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops.Beaten the egg and mix well with the pork and leave for 30minute or longer time would be better.

2. Combine the flour and some turmeric curry powder, salt and black pepper.

3. Dredge each side of the pork chops in the flour mixture, and then set aside on a plate.

4.Heat the oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add the butter. When the butter is melted and the butter/oil mixture is hot, cook 3 or 4 pork chops at a time, 2 to 3 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook until the chops are golden brown on the other side, 1 to 2 minutes (make sure no pink juices remain). Remove to a plate and repeat with the remaining pork chops.

Recipe for simple Spaghetti
Ingredients:

1 packet of spaghetti
6 large-ish garlic cloves
5 or so tablespoons olive oil or cooking oil
A good pinch dried chile flakes (optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Boil water to a rolling boil. Add some salt, then plunge in the pasta. When the water comes back to a boil, cook according to the package directions.
2. While the pasta is cooking, peel the garlic and slice it as thinly as possible.
3. When your pasta is ready, drain it, reserving a little of the cooking liquid in a bowl.

4. Place the pot or a skillet on medium heat and pour in the oil. Add the garlic and chiles and cook briefly, until the garlic just starts to turn golden. Remove from the heat and add the drained pasta and maybe 2 to 4 tablespoons of the reserved cooking liquid, as much as needed to get your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
