Creamy Mushroom and Prawn Spaghetti 蘑菇鲜虾白酱意大利面

见冰箱还有剩下的意大利面,便煮来吃了。这个白酱好好吃,超赞的!😉




Creamy Mushroom & Prawn Spaghetti

3 servings of spaghetti
2 Tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
12-15 prawns,cleaned
1 box mushrooms, cleaned
Red & yellow capsicum, cut into small pieces
Freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. soy sauce

1. Start cooking spaghetti according to package instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the rest of ingredients. You can combine heavy whipping cream and milk in the same measuring cup.
2. In a large skillet heat oil on medium heat and cook garlic until fragrant.
3. Add prawns and sauté.
4. Add the mushrooms and capsicum, mix together. Sprinkle pepper if you like.
5. Stir in flour and keep mixing with wooden spoon. Constantly scrape off the bottom of the pan.
6. Stir in whipping cream and milk and continue scraping off the bottom of the pan.
7. Bring the sauce to a boil.
8. When boiling, add soy sauce and mix all together.
9. When the sauce gets thicken, add black pepper (and salt) to taste.
10. You can add spaghetti in the skillet to mix with the sauce, or you can pour the sauce over the spaghetti on a serving plate. Garnish with parsley or without garnish and serve immediately.

奶油蘑菇鲜虾意大利面

3份意大利面条
2汤匙油
3瓣大蒜,薄切片
12-15只虾,清洗干净
1盒蘑菇,去根,清洗干净
红和黄甜辣椒,切成小块
黑胡椒粉适量
2汤匙面粉
1/3杯鲜奶油
1杯牛奶
1汤匙酱油


1 根据包装说明开始烹饪意粉。同时,准备其余的c材料。您可以在相同的量杯中混合奶油和牛奶。
2 在一个大型煎锅中加热油中等热量,煮大蒜直到香气。
3 加入虾和翻炒
4 加入蘑菇和红黄甜辣椒,一起翻炒。可以洒些胡椒粉
5 加入面粉并搅拌均匀。不断刮下锅底,避免粘锅。
6 拌入奶油和牛奶,继续翻炒。
7 把酱汁煮沸。
8 煮沸时,加入酱油,拌匀。
9 当酱汁变稠时,加入黑胡椒(和盐)调味。
10 您可以在煎锅中加入意大利面与酱汁混合,或者将酱汁倒在意大利面上。即刻品尝。
