Pumpkin Hee Ban(金瓜喜粄)

An easy recipe with simple ingredients Hakka delicacy.....😘 The Hee Ban's texture is soft and chewy. The sweetness is mild and full of rice and aroma.... However, when add in pumpkin, the Hee Ban will taste sweeter, and present a more attractive bright yellow colour.😍

小时候最喜欢吃的客家喜粄,那种传统的粉红色喜粄,没有馅料的,就是喜欢吃,也许是喜欢那种口感软中带Q,淡淡的米香味。如今,加了金瓜的甜香,喜粄更加美味了。我喜欢加了椰丝馅的喜粄,多添加了口感,好吃!😋总之,视觉上和口感上都已满足!💗

 除了多了金瓜的甜香,外貌上也添加亮丽,你们说是不是呀!😉

材料:

糯米粉  100g
面粉  150g
幼糖  80g
酵母  1茶匙
金瓜泥 110g
清水  70g
粟米油  15g

做法:

1. 将全部材料拌匀,搓成光滑面团(除了粟米油)加入粟米油搓均匀。

2. 分割54g粒,可以做10粒,掌心抹油,压扁加入椰丝搓圆放在已涂油的香蕉叶或烘焙纸上按扁,发酵30分钟。

3. 準备一锅热水,中小火蒸12分钟至熟即可。
